Due to the on going pandemic delivery is slower than normal. Please allow 20-30 work days for delivery. If you require faster delivery, we can arrange courier services. However, there will be an additional charge.

Please be sure that you've ordered the correct item. We do not accept returns. If you received a damaged item, please notify us immediately. Damaged items will be replaced.

For those ordering our European luxury strollers, the infant carrier does not come with a base. The European belted system is used to secure the carrier.
